The Investment Committee's primary responsibility is to establish a sound system of investment appraisal and investment risk evaluation. The purposes of the Committee include:
- To provide a mechanism for the Board to focus on risk management and control of each investment
- To monitor and evaluate property market cycles and trends
- To direct and monitor the due diligence review for each investment
- To evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations on the investment structure, the appropriate level of investment for each fund or funds, based upon their respective risk profiles.
